Please note: For orders to be billed towards 2025 insurance benefits, your garments must be received in the 2025 billing year.
All orders must be submitted fully complete with all the necessary documentation by the dates listed below.
Some items may be on back order and may not be fulfilled in 2025. We will make every effort to find a comparable and alternative product.
