Fitter Profile: Caymen Telger

 

Growing up, I never had much interest in the medical field. Honestly, it wasn’t until a few years ago that my passion for the healthcare industry took off. I originally started working for an orthopedics company, where I coordinated and delivered medical instruments and implants to hospitals for surgeries throughout Central IL. During my time in that position, my interest and passion for patient wellbeing skyrocketed, which has led me to where I am today. Although I was not very knowledgeable in lymphedema management before this position, I believe my fire to learn is drawn from the fact that no two days are the same, and I am always learning exciting new information. Nothing has made me happier than seeing a patient’s smile after we have measured and fit them for the perfect compression garment for their personal needs.
